To All Our Valued Customers,
This is an update regarding all backorder and preorder orders including the Christmas Battleforce orders. At present Games Workshop are sitting on £64000.00 worth of both restock and preorder orders that have been paid for including the Battleforce order and not yet delivered, some being as old as two week’s today.
We appreciate that this situation is extremely frustrating for you as well as for ourselves and please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this has caused but unfortunately, we are beholden upon Games Workshop for the delivery of all stock.
Please rest assured that as soon as we receive the deliveries of stock all orders will ship forthwith.
