If you choose to cancel an order that you have not yet received, please call 01606 861903, followed by an email, to inform one of our Representatives as to whether you require a refund or exchange. To speed up this process, please have your order number to hand before calling.
Once we have received your request, every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order.
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for any item(s) that are bespoke (this includes Direct Only items) or made to order.
If your order has already been shipped when you contact us, we will arrange with you for the return of the product. When it is received by us it will be checked and inspected against the following criteria to enable a full refund minus the shipping costs to be processed:
• All original plastic wrap must be attached
• All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
• All items must not have been opened/used
• All items are complete and not missing any parts
• All items must be in resalable condition
We cannot refund the cost of parcels returned to us via post, courier or next day delivery.
Once we receive your cancellation parcel we will then process your refund to the account from which the original payment was made and at the price you purchased your item or items for (this includes sales items). You can check the progress of your cancellation at any point by emailing us at email@example.com
We recommend for any and all cancellation of items already shipped that you use recorded mail to return the item(s) and keep the receipt as proof of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost/damaged by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged in transit.
Please note that from first point of contact you only have 14 days to return the item to ourselves if this period elapses and the item has not been sent the return will be cancelled and not accepted.
