To All our customers,
Regretfully due to a pricing formula error on our part, due to ambiguous sales listing information we received from Asmodee UK, we have today when checking the prices for the Warhammer 40,000 Commander Decks discovered that we have unfortunately been selling the decks at a substantial loss, which we are unable to absorb as we would normally do when the error is on our part due to the number of units sold. This has only come to our attention due to more detailed sales information being provided by Asmodee UK late this afternoon. We have, as of tonight, corrected the prices whilst making as little profit as possible on these items to mitigate this error by ourselves. All orders placed to date will be receiving a copy of this message emailed to them as well as their orders cancelled and refunded via their method of payment.
