Below is an excerpt from an email we have received from Games Workshop with regards to future orders in the short term until their warehouse and manufacturing are back up to speed.
“The good news is the warehouse is open for orders from today. However, there are some restrictions in place. These are;
- Games Workshop can only ship products from the stockist ranges for the time being (order pads are attached showing what can be ordered and what can’t)
- You can order up to a maximum of 5 of each product from the stockist range (if you order more than 5 we will send 5 on this week’s order and record any outstanding demand. We will do our best to supply as much outstanding demand as possible next week) For example, you order 50 First Strikes we will send 5 and record 45 as outstanding demand and do our best to fulfill as much as possible the following week.”
Please bear with us, especially as we are only a three person team, we are working as quickly as possible to pick, pack and ship all outstanding orders and get back to as close to normal as possible.

Is there any update on how many orders are still waiting to be fulfilled? And how long you expect it will bee to clear these?
I was about to ask how was going my order but It is fully understandable. Thank you so much for your hard work!
