Here at Alchemists Workshops, we place our responsibilities to our customers and team in the highest regard. In these current challenging times we are facing due to the Covid-19 crisis and following government advice and guidelines we have made the difficult but morally responsible decision to temporarily close our bricks and mortar store. All online orders, where the items are in stock, will be shipped as normal until further notice (this means they contain no Pre-Orders or Back-orders). Unfortunately, Games Workshop along with all our other suppliers have temporarily closed all their warehouse operations until further notice, therefore, all backorders will be fulfilled as soon as they reopen. This move by Games Workshop also means that no new releases for Saturday, 28 March 2020 will be shipped until Games Workshop resume their operations.
From all of us at Alchemists Workshops we implore you to follow the government advice, stay at home, stay safe and keep busy. Please continue to keep in touch and share your hobby achievements with us on our social media channels.
We understand that many of you will be disappointed by this step and we are also deeply upset however, it is a necessary step to take to help stop the spread of the virus and to be able to return to normal as quickly as possible.
